How do I go about depositing and withdrawing funds to and from my Neteller account?

Marking deposits to and from your Neteller account is fast and painless. Simply login to your account and use the navigation up to or the quick links located in the left hand column of their web page to get to either the transfer, deposit or withdrawal section. Each of these sections has detailed instructions on how to complete the transactions and the requirements. It's really simple!

How do I become a certified Neteller member?

Getting certified with Neteller is an easy process that has many benefits. Residence of the United States only have to register and verify a bank account with Neteller. International members have to fax a copy of their passport and both sides of a personal credit card. Additional information with respect to certification can be found in the your Neteller account.

How do I go about verifying my bank account?

Once you register your bank account with Neteller they'll credit your bank account with two amounts which will be less than one dollar at Neteller's expense. When you receive your next bank statement these amounts will be on there, to finished certifying you bank account you will be required to enter these values in Netellers system.

Why was my credit card declined?

This is not Neteller's fault and the card was declined by the bank that issued the credit card. I would advise that you call your bank and see what's wrong with your credit card. Please advise that if there are three invalid attempts to fund your Neteller account with your credit card your Neteller account will be automatically suspended. To get it reactivated you'll have to call Neteller's customer support.

How do I change the personal information in my NETeller account?

Changing your personal information requires that you login to your Neteller account and click the options button up top where you'll have the option to change your mailing address, e-mail address, phone number and password.

Why is my transfer to a merchant still pending?

This is because not all merchants accept transfer's 24/7 some in fact work regular business hours. It's up to the merchant whether they accept or decline funds from Neteller. If a transfer you made to a merchant has been pending for very long you you may contact the individual merchant or cancel the transfer from your account.
